Reliable for my projects

This is my third time subscribing to Monnect, I've been using them for almost a year now. I started with the free credits and then upgraded to a paid plan. I mostly use the AI Research Assistant and the Document Converter. This time I needed to convert a bunch of PDFs to Word docs, and it worked perfectly, just like it always has. Good features, some hiccups

I signed up for the annual plan to get the discount and mainly used the AI Writing Assistant and the Code Generator. The writing assistant was pretty good for generating outlines and some initial drafts for blog posts; it saved me a fair bit of time. The Code Generator was less consistent; it produced usable snippets for Python, but I still had to do quite a bit of debugging myself. I had an issue logging in after a software update and contacted support. They responded within a day, which was decent, and helped me reset my password. The overall interface is clean and fairly easy to navigate. Delivery was instant since it's a digital service. It's a solid platform with room for improvement.
